Diversified Energy Company’s “pretty simple model” pays off for shareholders
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE:DEC, OTCQX:DECPF) chief executive Rusty Hutson speaks to Proactive after announcing in a third quarter trading update that the quarterly dividend payable to the company’s shareholders is set to increase by 3%.
Hutson says that the company is benefiting from what he describes as its “pretty simple” business model.
Hutson explains that the onshore gas producer “acquires producing wells, put[s] some time and attention into them, operate[s] them more efficiently, enhance[s] production on them, drive[s] margins and cash flows and pay[s] dividends to [its] shareholders.”
