1099 Information for Tax year ending 2025 for Diversified Energy Owners, (Maverick, Breitburn and Unbridled owners) and Canvas Owners

When will I receive a 1099 form for Tax year ending 2025?
- For qualified revenue payments received for Tax Year ending 2025, you will receive a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC from Diversified Energy via USPS to the owners address on file (mailed by January 31, 2026).
I am a former Maverick Resources, Breitburn Energy Partners and/or Unbridled Resources Owner.
When will I receive a 2025 1099 form and from what company?
- If you received qualifying revenue payments for year ending in 2025 the following may occur:
- For qualified revenue payments received from January 2025 through August 2025 and paid by Maverick Resources, Breitburn LLC and/or Unbridled Resources a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC will be mailed from Maverick Resources, Breitburn Energy Partners and/or Unbridled Resources to the owner address on file via USPS (mailed by January 31, 2026).
- For revenue payments received after August 2025 and paid by Diversified Energy, a separate 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC will be mailed via USPS before the end of January 2026, to the owner address on file for revenue received August 2025 through December 2025.
- For qualified revenue payments received from January 2025 through August 2025 and paid by Maverick Resources, Breitburn LLC and/or Unbridled Resources a 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC will be mailed from Maverick Resources, Breitburn Energy Partners and/or Unbridled Resources to the owner address on file via USPS (mailed by January 31, 2026).

What is the difference between Appalachia and Central owners?
Appalachia owners are those with wells located in Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia. Central region owners have wells in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

What is the purpose of my owner number?
Your owner number is specified to you and is specific to every Diversified well connected to you. Always use your owner number when corresponding with Diversified.
When should I receive my check?
Diversified generates and mails revenue checks on the last business day of each month. If your account is in a pay status and if the account has reached your minimum pay status of $100, a check should be issued. If you have not received your check after 30 days from the end of the previous month, please email us at [email protected]
