Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that Martin Thomas, Independent Non-Executive Vice Chair of the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), and Brad Gray, President and Chief Financial Officer recently transacted in ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), as set forth below.
Martin Thomas acquired through the market 15,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 74.80 pence per Ordinary Share on 6 October 2023. Following this purchase, Mr. Thomas is now interested in 2,245,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.232% of the Company’s issued share capital.
Brad Gray acquired through the market 20,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 68.70 pence per Ordinary Share on 5 October 2023. Following this purchase, Mr. Gray is now interested in 2,938,935 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.303% of the Company’s issued share capital.
